The FAN FORM workshop is to improve the practice of the fan by repeating the moves of the whole form in sequence. We will look at the moves in detail and give you time to practise. The aim of this workshop is to give the student a better understanding of the moves and applications; and have some fun.

If you are interested then please email me to book a place.

We will be looking at the TAI CHI SWORD FORM YANG STYLE, in detail from the beginning. Due to the complex nature of the moves and the lack of space to practise at home after the workshop, I intend to run these workshops every two months. Beginners are welcome and if you don’t own a sword I can lend you one for the day.

I intend to run these every two months.

If you are interested then please email me to book a place.
